EXECUTIVES

The shareholding at Godisanang Recruitment and Holdings is held by management who have extensive Human Resourcing experience and is 100% Black Female Owned with a Level One BBBEE rating.

Kabelo is a trained and experienced recruiter with an IT Diploma from TECHNISA. She has over 15 years experience in recruitment. She began her recruitment career at Accountants-On-Call as a Telemarketer, advanced to Personal Assistant and to Consultant.

She later moved up the ladder to Financial Recruitment in the Temporary Division. She was also involved in the training of new consultants that were joining Accountants-On-Call. She then joined Tlhalefang Placements in 2003 as a Recruitment Consultant and later advanced to Account Manager. She joined Specialist Recruitment Group as a Finance Consultant in 2005, and was later head hunted by Voice Recruitment in 2006 as a Finance Consultant.

Kabelo boasts more than 12 years experience in the Financial Recruitment industry where she provided her expertise for careers in Finance and Office support recruitment. She was also an Account Manager handling CSR agents as well as contact/call centre agents.

In the year 2008, she and Martha Morudu started Godisanang Recruitment Holdings which has been successful to date and continues to make a positive impact in the resourcing solutions space for a number of companies in South Africa.

Kabelo Kunene is a cheerful person who enjoys working in the company of others. She is a good leader who believes in grooming others into showcasing their talents, she is a motivator and a mother.

Martha’s career started in 1994 at MNET Multichoice after leaving the Department of Education and Training as a Teacher.

She joined Mobile Telephone Networks (MTN) in 1995 where her Human Resources generalist experience started. She advanced to Senior Human Resources Partner – Africa division up until the end of 2003. She was involved in the development of the MTN Call Centre and also put together most training interventions in the Call Centre. She joined SITA (State Information Technology Agency) for 18 months as a Human Resources Consultant and later joined Ericsson as a Human Resources Manager and left at the end of March 2005.

Her focus and success in business has been her involvement in the development and implementation of HR systems – Performance Management, ORACLE HR, Preferred Suppliers, Induction, Training, etc.

She has also been able to conceptualise and put into practice a number of innovative strategies with different types of HR Systems and successfully engaged in Employee Relations solutions.

In the year 2008, she started Godisanang Recruitment & Holdings with her business partner Kabelo Kunene. Godisanang Recruitment & Holdings provides employment to at least 25 employees most of whom Martha and Kabelo have groomed, mentored and trained into fully fledged administrators, consultants and account managers.
